Become a skilled technician in the motor industry

There is a shortage of skilled Technicians in the motor industry. As cars become more advanced the need for skilled repairers becomes greater. Once you have completed the Kia Apprenticeship you become a silver level Kia Service and Maintenance Technician, you can then work through the Kia Technical Training Programme and ultimately attain platinum level status as a Kia Master Technician. As a qualified Kia Technician the world really is your oyster.

Many Apprentices ultimately go on to management roles in dealerships or even manufacturers.  The Kia Academy can assist with ongoing career development following completion of your apprenticeship right through to Dealer Principal/General Management level.
